With several years of experience in human resources within prestigious organizations in Montreal and Toronto, I decided to put my expertise at the service of other companies. In 2023, after having held management and leadership roles in human resources, I founded Consultations MG|RH inc.

Since then, we have supported a varied clientele, ranging from family businesses to professional firms with several hundred employees.

As President and Senior Consultant, my mission is to help my clients maximize their investment in human resources. I focus on optimizing HR processes and strategies to drive financial performance and sustainable growth.
